Power of the Subconscious

How Powerful Is Your Subconscious Mind?

Defining the Conscious and Subconscious

Your conscious mind may not be aware of what is causing a symptom or problem, but your subconscious is. Science has acknowledge that we only use about 1% of our mind on the conscious level – thus we have a whopping 99% of our mind in the subconscious, a huge reservoir to be tapped into when you know how!

By accessing your subconscious you can make positive changes to your limiting beliefs, attitudes and negative habits. That is, the “blue print” can be positively altered and enhanced so that you are able to reach your full potential in life.

Your conscious mind can be likened to the Captain of a ship and the subconscious mind can be likened to the crew. Whatever instructions your Captain is giving, the crew will carry out automatically, without question. It is therefore imperative that your Captain (your conscious mind) learns to give the right instructions. That is, what you want to create – not what you don’t want to create. This is what your Hypnotherapist will work with you to do this effectively.

Take the step today to learn how to make sure your ship sails smoothly over the ‘oceans of life’, steering in the direction you wish to go, achieving the goals you wish to achieve. Creating happy, rewarding and fulfilling relationships, not only with others but even more importantly – with yourself.
